Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Delivery

Everything Wellness Ltd is an online retailer that connects buyers with independent sellers. We do not sell or ship products ourselves. When you make a purchase, you are buying directly from one of the trusted retailers on our platform.

Each seller chooses their own courier and delivery method, so shipping options may vary. This may mean that your items may arrive at different times if you purchase items from varying brands. You can check the estimated delivery time beneath the product price on the item’s page.

Customised items can take up to 6 weeks due to the product being made to order.

Once your order has been made, you will receive a tracking number usually within 24 hours which will provide you with a more exact timeframe for your delivery. If you have not received a tracking details within 3 working days, please reach out to us via email (info@everythingwellness.co.uk).

Please be aware that massage tables and larger salon equipment and furniture will only be delivered to the kerbside, some via pallet, therefore you may need help bringing them into your property.

Everything Wellness only deliver to UK Mainland addresses. The UK mainland includes all of the UK except certain areas, such as parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, and the Channel Islands.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the first 48 hours if the wrong product has been received or if your product is faulty or has been damaged during transit. You will need to provide the following:

  1. Order confirmation number 
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Supporting photographs or video evidence

User Responsibility

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you and any users are appropriately qualified to use the item. The seller is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from use by unqualified individuals. All trade members must have adequate insurance to cover their staff and any equipment provided by the seller.
